Part Time Transport Administrator

Northampton

Monday - Friday - 16.00 - 20.00

Salary - £9,880

We are currently recruiting for a reputable transport organisation based in Northampton. They are looking to expand their team with an experienced administrator to support in their busy transport office.

Duties will include:

Speaking to drivers
Maintaining and building strong internal relationships, particularly with drivers
Resolving delivery issues and POD's
De-briefing drivers
Tracking deliveries and updating customers
General admin duties and any other ad hoc duties that may be required.The ideal candidate:

Must be PC literate
Previous transport experience would be an advantage; however, training will be given.
Strong communicator both written and verbal
Previous office administration or customer service experience is requiredBenefits:
