Appointment Scheduling Administrator

Permanent

£20,125.00

Milton Keynes

We are looking for an individual with exceptional organisation skills to join this fantastic, professional organisation that offers career progression and a great working environment based in Central Milton Keynes - although you will initially be set up to work from home. You will need to have a confident and professional telephone manner and ideally have experience of making outbound calls/scheduling appointments. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Key responsibilities of the Administrator will include but are not limited to:

Telephone existing and potential clients to arrange face to face meetings for the Business Development Managers
Confirm all meeting arrangements via Outlook with clients and colleagues.
Enter into, and keep up to date the CRM system will all relevant information
Process any actions arising from information on speaking to clients
Ensure accurate notes are recorded in the system
Other ad hoc duties in line with your role

The Appointment Scheduling Administrator needs to have:

Experience in a customer service environment
The ability to communicate with clients confidently and effectively
Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel and CRM
Solid administration skills working with attention to detail
