Bodyshop Receptionist

Bodyshop Advisor / Receptionist Required in Bristol

Salary: £19,000 - £23,000
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
Holiday: 22 days per annum + bank holiday

Are you a bodyshop receptionist looking for a new challenge?

You will be providing front of house customer service.

Main duties:

Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with Vehicle Technicians / Productives
Liaison with customers and insurance companies about any additional work required
Answering calls and booking work into the workshop
Handling customer complaints and taking ownership until resolution
Responding to customer requests

Essential Skills & Qualifications for Bodyshop Receptionist role:

Previous telephone experience is preferred.
You must be IT literate and have knowledge of Microsoft.
Be hard working
Have the ability to work under pressure
Be a team player
Good telephone manner
Automotive experience
Customer handling skills
