Job Description:

Experienced receptionists required to work in a very busy hotel. You will be the first point of contact for guests staying at the hotel. You will deal with all hotel reservations , answer calls and divert to the correct departments. Organise dinner reservations for guests and give information on the local area and attractions. Organise guests bills for check out and all other duties as directed.

This is a temporary position for approximately 7 months. You will be required to work a minimum of 45 hours per week with the possibility of live in accomodation.

To apply for this position you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience.

* At least 2 years previous experience working in a similar role

* excellent both written and verbal communication skills

* Computer Literate

* Have worked with host software ( considered an advantage )

* Be flexible with working hours and shift patterns

* Must be available for an immediate start
