Job Description:

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Administrator to provide Secretarial support to a small leadership team for one of their clients based in Swadlincote, South Derbyshire.

This is a temporary role for a minimum of initially 2 months, however is likely to go on for longer. The role is ideally based on a 37 hour week however slightly reduced hours can be considered.

Duties for the role will include:
Maintaining accurate records in relation to complaints, requests, data protection etc.
Support all members of the team with administrative and secretarial duties
Constantly using all Microsoft Office applications to support with workload
Responding to all enquiries and ensuring they are redirected to the appropriate department/person
Liaising with members of the Leadership Team and heads of other departments as requested
Organising large amounts of post for all staff within the building
Looking after any general admin requests including travel or accommodation bookings

The successful candidate should have previous experience supporting a team/providing secretarial support. be proficient in Microsoft Office Packages and having excellent diary management skills. You should also be confident and personable and have excellent organisational skills. You must be available from next week as this is for an immediate start following an interview.
