Temporary Receptionist

Birmingham Business Park

£8 - £10 p/h


A large client of mine based on Birmingham Business Park is in urgent need for a temporary receptionist to cover holidays on the below dates:

11th / 12th / 15th and 18th of April

There is also the potential for further work and hours after these dates

The succesful Receptionist will possess the following attributes:

• Managing the reception area and greeting those arriving appropriately
• Dealing with customer queries over the phone and in person
• Managing the post and ensuring all letters are sent out on time
• Updating agreements with details from payments made online.
• Preparing all documents to be scanned & scanning
• Printing letters and preparing to be sent out
• Liaising with companies via email and telephone
• Monitoring external emails and distributing where necessary
• Any other ad hoc duties
