Bodyshop Receptionist

Bodyshop Advisor / Receptionist Required in Bristol

Salary: £19,000 - £23,000
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
Holiday: 22 days per annum + bank holiday

  • Are you a bodyshop receptionist looking for a new challenge?


You will be providing front of house customer service.

Main duties:

  • Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with Vehicle Technicians / Productives
  • Liaison with customers and insurance companies about any additional work required
  • Answering calls and booking work into the workshop
  • Handling customer complaints and taking ownership until resolution
  • Responding to customer requests


Essential Skills & Qualifications for Bodyshop Receptionist role:

  • Previous telephone experience is preferred.
  • You must be IT literate and have knowledge of Microsoft.
  • Be hard working
  • Have the ability to work under pressure
  • Be a team player
  • Good telephone manner
  • Automotive experience
  • Customer handling skills
