Job Description:

Are you a Receptionist with strong communication and administration experience?

We are currently recruiting a Receptionist on a temp to perm basis to help manage the reception area including processing all the administration and registering candidates. This is an exciting opportunity to join a sociable and close-knit team, in one of Dorset's leading recruitment agencies.

Responsibilities:
* Answering internal and external calls, transferring calls, taking messages and emailing information to the relevant person
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Managing the Admin Inbox
* Typing letters, board meeting/annual general meeting minutes and other various aspects of correspondence
* Liaising with different divisions within the company
* Supporting the recruitment team when required
* Any other duties, as and when required.

The ideal candidate will have a personable approach with strong communication skills who will be confident liaising with clients and job-seekers over the phone and face to face.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 5.30pm, Friday 8.00am-5pm. 1 hour lunch.

Salary £18,500p.a
