Job Description:

Are you looking for a new opportunity within a City Law Firm? Do you have corporate reception experience? Do you have some legal secretary administration experience? If yes, please read on!

My client is an established law firm in the heart of the City and they are seeking an experienced receptionist to be the 'first impression' of their organisation.

The Role:
Switchboard - answering calls, taking messages, etc.
Meeting and greeting clients and staff visitors from other offices
Post collection & distribution
Arranging VC Meetings and printing up all relevant documents for VC seminars
London calendar administration
Management of hot desk reservations for colleagues from other jurisdictions
Basic mark-ups and basic secretarial duties, i.e. printing, photocopying, scanning,
etc.

Ideally you will have:
Previous experience with some or all of the above duties
Microsoft Word and Outlook essential
Legal background preferred but not compulsory

Willingness to assist colleagues and a good team player
Good planning and organisation skills
Good communication skills
Ability to prioritise effectively
Friendly and approachable manner
Excellent written and spoken English and telephone manner
