25% growth year on year across Security and FM, we are looking to expand our team with the right field based business development manager who is goal driven, loves business development and management of their own accounts while working with a company who knows how to enjoy.

But as this is sales the same as you we always want more and predict amazing growth over the next few years.

To achieve this, we need your help!

Construction Security Business Development Manager

- You work from home and will be able to choose your ideal patch in the UK, whether the midlands, SE, East Anglia or further afield.

The package and benefits

As a successful salesperson, you need to be rewarded justly. In this role you will receive:

  • A basic salary of circa £23,000 - £30,0000 DOE + a very good Commission structure paid monthly Circa 45/50K+ OTE DOE
  • Company car of your choice fully taxed + Fuel expenses paid
  • Pension scheme

As a Construction security Business Development Manager, you will responsible for generating new business accounts within UK Security Sector by opening up new partnerships with customers across Manufacturing & Distribution, Construction, Healthcare, Retail and Education. With all accounts you bring on you will be solely responsible for account managing.

This Security Business Development Manager role is for you if you have…

  • Proven track record of sales in the construction security industry (experience in construction or Void properties)
  • Knowledge of static CCTV and Alarm Products
  • Strong contacts in the industry who you can get out to within your first few months
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work & perform well under pressure
  • Excellent customer service & time management skills
  • Enjoy not being micromanaged and in control of your own accounts
