Permanent Receptionist to work in a team of 3 Receptionists for a FTSE 250 company, based in the West End.

Our client is a FTSE 250 global recruitment company.

Description

Our client is a FTSE 250 global recruitment company, looking to recruit a permanent Receptionist. Working in a team of 3 Receptionists, in an office of approximately 320 members of staff, your duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Answering the phone, taking messages, transferring calls.
  • Using Outlook to book meetings, in any of the 30 meeting rooms or Board room.
  • Setting up conference facilities, video conferencing and Skype calls.
  • Working closely with the Office Manager in regards to office maintenance, security and liaising with the building's security and suppliers.
  • Booking catering for meetings as and when needed.
  • Assisting with client assessment days.
  • Booking couriers and taxis.
  • Assisting Facilities Management with their Helpdesk log.
  • Assisting with compliance.
  • Sorting post, franking outgoing mail and dealing with any postal enquiries.
  • Covering the City's office reception fortnightly (on a rota basis).
  • Assisting with the organisation and coordinator of events held at the office.
  • Ensuring reception is presentable at all times

Profile

The successful candidate for this role will:

  • Have previously worked as a Receptionist.
  • Have great customer service skills, communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels.
  • Be a good team player.
  • Have a "Can Do" attitude and positive approach.
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook

Job Offer

On offer is a salary of £24,000 + fantastic benefits package. Hours are shifts covering 08:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.
