Role
Our client is looking for a professional person with a welcoming approach to visitors, colleagues and clients alike and providing general administrative and clerical support to the company/client as required.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Meet and greet all colleagues, clients and visitors in a friendly, courteous, professional manner
  • Direct people to the correct destination
  • Issue permanent and temporary security passes for staff, contactors, and visitors.
  • Monitor a logbook for security passes
  • Produce monthly security access, comms room reports
  • Provide general administrative, and clerical support to site personnel including photocopying, scanning, and laminating as required
  • Order office supplies as required
  • Answer the telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Update digital signage, and advertisement posters.
  • Process invoices, raise requisitions, generate PO's through Ariba.
  • Maintain a filing system for receipt, access passes, statements, and invoices etc.
  • Arrange couriers
  • Arrange taxis for staff, visitor's VIP's meet and greet
  • Receive and sort the post
  • Top up Neopost Franking machine
  • Maintain the site diary
  • Manage and oversee all meeting room bookings and book office space
  • Organise venues for events & catering
  • Update seating plan, desk name/number plates as required
  • Maintain a safe and clean reception area
  • Book travel.
  • Organising new and old files to go into off- site storage for all staff


PLUS, any other duties, which the Company may reasonably require.
