Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within head office of a global restaurant chain. Our client is looking to recruit a Receptionist who will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all users and visitors to the building and being an outstanding ambassador for the brand and a shining example of the customer focused culture our client has.

Some of the specific duties and responsibilities of the role include:
- Maintaining the appearance of the reception area and other areas under your remit to a high standard.
- Meeting and greeting visitors and providing an outstanding experience to all building users.
- Have an understanding of the technology used in modern meeting rooms i.e. AV, Projection Equipment and associated connections.
- Making and issuing security passes to all employees and Visitors.
- Operating a busy switchboard.
- Maintaining an up to date list of new/changed telephone extensions.
- Managing the companies Car parking Facilities.
- Booking meeting rooms for staff and visitors and arranging their associated services from our in house caterers.
- Booking Taxis for building users and visitors.
- Ensuring that the company's Health & Safety Policies and Procedures are adhered to.
- Full awareness of Fire, Health & Safety and Security regulations and play a lead role in the Buildings Emergency response team.
- Reporting of faults and maintenance issues to the facilities lead and taking action as directed.
- Supporting the team with organising and facilitating a variety company events that run each month.
- To carry out such duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time in addition to the main duties associated with the role.
