WOW FACTOR: An amazing Office Assistant/Receptionist role has just become available! Our client is looking for a polished and enthusiastic candidate to join there team. Based in beautiful offices our client is a highly recognised Law firm, an amazing opportunity for someone who is keen to start their career!

JOB ROLE: Office Assistant/Receptionist

JOB TYPE: Permanent position

LOCATION: City of London - Bank Tube Station

HOURS: 08.30am - 17.30pm

SALARY: £18,000-£21,000 *Depending on experience

CULTURE: Professional, corporate, stunning and peaceful offices

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Liaise extensively with the PA's assisting with all administration
  • Meet and greet all visitors and clients, offering refreshments and signing security passes.
  • Set up meeting rooms and lunches
  • Order stationary and other office essentials
  • Open and close the office
  • Assist with travel and accomodation arrangements
  • Managing time sheets and invoices
  • Scanning, Photocopying, Filing and bulk printing.
  • Answer all incoming calls and transfer when necessary
  • Ad-hoc duties as and when required

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Experience within an office/reception role is necessary.
  • Professionalism in dealing with internal and external contacts
  • Computer literacy, including ability to work on Microsoft Office products, and intermediate typing skills
  • Proactive, friendly, enthusiastic, ability prioritise and work part of an international team
  • Ability to work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Respect for privacy and confidentiality
  • Well presented, polished, confident, professional and articulate.
  • Desire to progress within the organisation, learn and think outside the current role.
