Job Description:

SF Group are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist/Administrator for our client based in Nuneaton.
This is a temporary ongoing contract. The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 12pm to 6pm and 5pm finish on Friday. You will be the first point of contact for the company and provide administration support across the organisation. You will ensure the effective flow of people through the business and ensure all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Duties:

  • Welcome. Greet and direct customers and announce them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls whilst providing information when needed, including switchboard operation
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries
  • Maintain security by following procedure and controlling access
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties as requested
  • Event and meeting support as and when required
  • Absence cover in all receptions as required

Essential Experience:

  • Strong customer service skills and knowledge
  • Worked in a busy customer service reception environment
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Ability to organise, multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure
