Job Description:

CBRE GWS Facilities Management are recruiting for a full time receptionist to be based at a fantastic Head Office site in Heathrow.

The role is focused around the Front Of House service that we deliver to our customer, and we are seeking candidates who possess a natural ability to communicate with a broad range of people and have a real drive for customer service and excellence.We are aiming to deliver a hotel style approach to this reception desk. Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Duties will include:

1. Meeting and greeting customers, colleagues and visitors.
2. Assisting the security team in the creation and management of security and access passes
3. Cloakroom management and operation
4. Switchboard operation
5. Management of site helpdesk system
6. Assistance in booking and managing meeting rooms

Key skills and experience:

Excellent Communication Skills are essential
The ability to stay calm under pressure
A warm but firm persona
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
