The Position:

Castle Business Support are recruiting for Two Receptionists to join our prestigious client based in Helmsley.

Have you got high end hotel reception experience?

Do you have excellent communication skills both verbal and written?

Are you a team player with the ability to work at pace and under pressure?

Do you pride yourself on being immaculately presented?

Are you happy to work shifts and flexible on your working hours?

Duties:

* Ensure all guest receive a friendly, professional, fast and efficient check in service
* Ensure that all guests receive a friendly, professional welcome
* Assist the reception manager in the planning and organisation of the day to day operations of the hotel
* Be responsible for money floats, banking and security of these
* Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
* To attend meetings as and when required
* Ensure effective communication between reception and any other department within the hotel
* Ensure guests are given clear and concise directions to their rooms and checked in to their rooms as soon as they are clean and vacant
* Prepare guest bills ensuring that there are no errors on the account and pass on to guests for payment

Requirements:

* You MUST have experience of working on reception in a high-end hotel
* You MUST be highly organised, efficient and focused with a positive attitude
* You MUST have administration experience and be able to prioritise your workload
* You MUST be immaculately presented and have excellent communication skills
* You MUST be able to work shifts and be flexible on your working hours
* IDEALLY you will be immediately available
