Providing a professional and warm welcome to all visitors, employees and clients

Handling incoming calls professionally and directing to the appropriate person

Effective proactive meeting room management, ensuring that Condeco remains up to date, authorising bookings, catering and equipment requirements

Ongoing monitoring of meeting rooms ensuring that reception and meeting rooms are presentable at all times, logging any maintenance issues with Facilities Helpdesk and liaising with catering, or cleaning, regarding housekeeping issues

Ongoing liaison with Chef, and catering staff, with regards to breakfast, lunch, fine dining and group bookings or events. Ensuring that bookings are accurate and attending to any last minute amendments or requests

Initial point of contact for ground floor front of house, and security, regarding booking of incoming clients. Provision of up to date visitor lists ensuring that meeting hosts provide sufficient client, and ad hoc, information in order that clients and visitors to the premises are booked into Sky Visitor and processed quickly and efficiently

Organising taxi, and courier bookings, co-ordinating deliveries and collections

Prompt processing of monthly catering, taxi and courier invoices ensuring that the cost centre is assigned to each entry

Skills

Significant experience in a corporate receptionist role necessary
Self-confident with a personable manner, and excellent communication skills, able to deal with people at all levels with tact and diplomacy
Experience in a demanding professional services environment
Pro-active nature with ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Excellent attention to detail
Calm under pressure with the ability to take control in emergencies and escalate accordingly
IT proficiency and experience of working with MS Outlook, Cisco console and Condeco (or similar)
Excellent timekeeper
Reliable and flexible team player willing to work additional hours when required
