Angela Mortimer International is currently recruiting for a PA to the Office Director of a Major Retail Group in London. You will be offering PA support to the Office Director as well as other Senior Directors in the business as needed. The role will involve varied responsibilities as well as some project involvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Complex diary management

  • Inbox management and email prioritisation

  • Proactively making changes to the CEOs diary

  • Booking travel arrangements for the CEO and his family ( UK and International Travel and accommodation)

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and notifying security of expected visits

  • Deal with all incoming correspondence efficiently

  • Supporting the Office Director and the CEO with project work

  • Managing external communications ( dealing with journalists and PR agencies)

  • Compiling reports, gathering and collating information

  • Preparing presentations

Requirements:

  • Solid PA / Secretarial / Team Assistant experience gained from financial services or retail essential

  • Bachelors Degree or similar qualification in marketing and / or communications preferred

  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills, fluency in foreign languages is an advantage
