Job Description:

3rd Line Support | Plymouth | Up to £35,000

Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking for a 3rd Line Support Analyst where you will maintain and support the IT infrastructure of a large and reputable company.

As 3rd Line Engineer, you will be customer focussed and have great technical ability where you will have autonomy and ownership to make changes.

3rd Line Support job role:

Administration and maintenance of mission critical web and database servers (predominantly Microsoft)

Proactive problem solving, respond to Helpdesk escalations raised at 3rd line level

Maintaining the 3rd line call status via the Helpdesk incident tracking system

Collecting and maintaining KPIs of key systems up time and performance

Pre-requisites:

You will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Server environments including Active Directory, Windows Server OS, SQL, Lync (Skype for Business) and Exchange.

Knowledge of Endpoint and Enterprise security.

Knowledge of building Windows Desktop images.

Exposure to Backup systems and SAN technology.
