Job Description:

Morgan McKinley has a great new Corporate Front of House Reception - Admin support type role working for a very well established and professional Financial Services organisation based in the City.

Working hours: 8-6 Monday to Friday

The Reception - Administrator will be part of a front of house reception team, providing an outstanding front of house service at all times as well as Admin support to the team when required.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Answering the phones, handling and redirecting incoming calls
  • Greet all visitors in a professional manner, offer refreshments
  • Liaising with the main building security, notifying them of an visitors or changes
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are clean, tidy and supplied with the required equipment and catering
  • Booking taxi's, couriers etc.
  • Assist with diary management and room bookings
  • General admin support to the office
  • Booking any formal lunches/dinner/buffets/special events
  • Any other duties as deemed necessary

Experience and skills required for the Reception - Admin role:

  • Proven experience in Front of House is essential along with Admin support skills, working withing the FS, Banking, Legal sector
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Impeccable front of house - customer service skills
  • Ability to cope with a fast changing environment
  • Highly organised with excellent administration skills
  • Ability to multi-task
