About the Role

We are seeking exceptional Door Supervision staff to join the team at some of Manchester's premier hospitality venues. It is a great opportunity to gain or enhance hands on experience of the late-night leisure industry as part of a large and prestigious multi-award winning team, supplementing your income around your current commitments. FGH Security Ltd believe in developing talent and provide a wealth of career progression opportunities for the right candidate.

Door Supervision duties at these venues include:

  • Customer safety and welfare
  • Stewarding customers
  • Access control
  • Asset protection

Working hours are mainly weekend evenings, so no early starts are required. We are looking for applicants to work a minimum of 8 shifts per month.

About You

The ideal candidate for this role is an authoritative, motivated, confident individual with an outgoing personality. We are also looking for:

  • Pride - smart appearance with impeccable personal presentation.
  • Personality - great customer service skills and a polite persona.
  • Ability - a facility to deal with difficult people in conflict situations.
  • Maturity - the ability to remain calm in high pressure situations.

During screening you must be able to provide evidence of 5 year employment/education history and references in a timely manner upon request.

A Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervision Licence is essential for this role, but it is not mandatory to hold one prior to application as we have the facility to provide training and facilitate the licensing process for the right candidate.
