Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/Administrator based in Elsham, within a vibrant office complex.

Role & Responsibilities

The primary function of this role is to be the first point of contact for all their customers and suppliers via telephone or email communication. Further face to face contact will be required when visitors arrive on site where you will be required to 'meet and great' and facilitate the initial visit.

The nature of this role demands a varied and flexible approach to the workload and a requirement to help and support other work colleagues. As the first point of contact you will become the 'Go - To' person and the need to communicate, build and develop close working relationships within the company is key to this position. The following is a brief outline of the key tasks.

  • Answer all incoming calls of the company
  • Support the Operational team with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Effective control of visitors and vehicles arriving on site
  • Prepare and manage meeting rooms, buffet lunches
  • Enrol employee security and control access on and around the site
  • Booking Venues/ flights/ hotels for team members, customers and visitors
  • The purchasing of all office stationary and ancillary items

Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 9.00 - 5.00 and Friday 9.00 - 4.00

Candidate requirements

  • A warm and outgoing personality with a great sense of humour
  • The ability to communicate across levels within the company
  • At least 2 years' experience of working within a similar environment
  • A good standard of education
  • Relevant IT qualification and experience operating Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word ect.
  • A clean full, Driving licence
  • Own transport
