Job Description:

Looking for immediately available corporate temp receptionists with a minimum of 1-2 years experiance! Ideally with a background working in financial services. Temps will be completing short term assignments which can vary from a few days to a few months, most of our clients are based in central London. Most of our reception temp roles entail-

  • To welcome visitors and to greet them

  • To answer, screen and forward switchboard line

  • To notify employees of arrival of their Guests/Clients

  • To book meeting rooms

  • To arrange in-house lunches/booking restaurants

  • To order kitchen and office supplies

  • To assist with the distribution of security passes for building and maintain office security at reception

  • To assist with general Administration including medical bookings, replenishing stationary supplies, binding documents, franking/sending outgoing post, shredding documents, distributing incoming post around the office.

  • To assist with printing and gym membership queries.

  • To assist with organising internal and external hospitality events/parties
