Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist and Administrator to join us on a permanent, part time basis. Based in Larbert and earning £10,289, you'll be joining an environment full of energy, creativity and fun. Put simply, you'll find a great place to work and play - we offer a generous holiday entitlement of 30 days (pro-rata) each year.

The working hours for this position will be Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 8am and 4.30pm (24 hours per week). We would love to hear from you if you can be flexible to cover additional hours when required, covering holidays and/or busy periods.

In your role as Receptionist, you'll be committed to providing a professional service to the business and to effectively manage the reception area. You'll be punctual at all times, recognising the importance of this to colleagues. You will deal with incoming calls/messages quickly and accurately whilst greeting all visitors to the building in a professional manner. You'll issue the appropriate security passes and ensure all visitors sign in and out of the building.

It is essential for you to be highly experienced and proficient in all aspects of Office 365, Outlook, Excel and Word as you'll be managing complex travel bookings, room bookings and raising purchase orders.

In order to be considered for this role, you should have previous receptionist experience with excellent customer service, communication and listening skills. You'll have the ability to build rapport and multi-task along with excellent attention to detail. You should also have the ability to remain calm and retain control when faced with difficulty.

In addition to your basic salary, you'll receive plenty of rewards and benefits - as you'd expect from a people-focused company like ours - with a few happy surprises included too. Our benefits include employee pension, group life cover, 'Fruity Fridays', employee recognition schemes, and importantly, a real chance to progress.
