Job Title: Retail Support Executive

Job Type: Permanent

Location:Nuneaton

Hours: Full Time - 37.5hrs

Salary: £Competitive + Company Benefits

The Role

The purpose of this role is to provide retail store support across all retail departments within the business displaying a high level of customer service and knowledge of all functions, policies and procedures. Our second line team will support with store training on systems and processes over the phone and in person. To also include administration duties to support the retail stores and wider central operations function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide 2nd line support for the Retail Support Desk Calls & Field Management queries
  • Able to manage and resolve queries over the phone, in person of via web chat
  • 2nd line support for the retail intranet The HuB
  • Responsible for ensuring a high level of system training support for stores and the field is available at all times
  • Retail administration and planning to support the wider central operations function
  • May recommend improvement to existing systems to maximize profitability, productivity or sales

  • To display our values 'TIARA' in all aspects of the role and treat people with respect at all times.
  • Effective time management- Manage all work within the set targets and manage daily tasks within the time limits.
  • Communication- To deliver a high degree of communication across the Central Operations team ensuring highlighting potential issues within a timely manner.
  • Be a team member, and ensure good working relationships within other areas of the business
  • Quality and effectiveness of work completed within the time limit set.
  • Performance levels. Key responsibilities to be completed
  • Accurate reporting and information.
  • Ability to process queries on own initiative. Resolve issues/queries within the Customer Charter commitments.
  • Honesty and integrity and ensuring the security of confidential information.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Good telephone manner and able to remain calm in busy periods.
