Job Description:

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Receptionist to join the team located in Dublin. The successful candidate will provide first-rate Reception Support Services, using initiative, excellent communication skills and prompt action in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the client office.

Role Summary:

  • Operating a switchboard in a warm, confident and happy manner
  • Reservation of meeting rooms on an in-house system
  • Meeting and greeting client, and executives
  • Being the first point of contact to all client and visitors
  • Maintaining visitor records and security passes and providing refreshments
  • Liaising with the PA's and executive directors
  • Assisting in the co-ordination and preparation of meeting rooms
  • Booking couriers and taxi's
  • Administration Support
  • Working within a team and front of house staff
  • Liaising with catering team
  • Liaising with the IT Team
  • Keeping the Reception area tidy and checking Boardrooms before use
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Assist Facility Manager with H & S Inductions and adhoc duties

Experience Required:

  • Good written and spoken communications
  • Good organisational Skills
  • Understands the importance of discretion
  • Ability to remember faces
  • Efficient with strong organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative
  • PC literate
  • Ability to present to small groups
