Our client is global business spanning Europe, Asia and America. They are a leading professional services business with offices across the UK. This role is based from their Manchester city centre building, welcoming hundreds of visitors each week.
Description
Reporting to the Reception Manager you will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors to the reception area.
Other duties will include answering internal/external calls, admin paperwork, meeting and greeting customers, filing and working on the switchboard. The receptionist will also be responsible for duties such as greeting visitors and directing them to the correct person or department, giving out security passes, managing a room booking system and keeping rooms tidy, dealing with incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, arranging appointments and updating records on databases, taking payments and handling invoices.
Profile
Experience within property management industry is preferred but not essential
You must have working experience as front of house/receptionist with some administration experience
You will be personable and display excellent customer service skills
You will be reliable, hard working and have a desire to learn and succeed within the business
