Receptionist/Office services administrator

Location: London,

Position: Receptionist/Office services administrator

Salary/Rate: £17,000/20,000 pro rata)

Type: Part time 18 hours per week

Hours: Tue/Wed/Thursday 9.00am -4.00pm

Our client a leading provider of health care information solutions is looking to recruit a Receptionist/ Pa for their London office.

This role combines a range of administrative responsibilities across their business.

Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:

  • Responsibility for the smooth running of the reception and assistance with office services
  • Creating new starter security cards
  • On a basis, you will need to produce a security card access report
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Write and distribute email, memos, letters and faxes
  • Assist in the preparations of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain filling systems
  • Update and maintain office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Chase debtors
  • Cover for Pa (holidays sickness etc.)
  • Help with office move i.e. (admin tasks)

Ideal candidate and personal qualities:

  • Experience within a customer service
  • Able to build good working relationships across all level.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a larger team.
  • Motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
