We are urgently recruiting for a new Reception and Administration Assistant to join a leading Law Firm in the City of London.

A busy environment for an international firm, this role will support and work with the Office Manager very closely to provide a seamless and efficient office services function

A busy and varied position, the successful candidate will have proven experience of working within a support capacity within a commercial or corporate setting.

Experience of covering Reception as well as providing administrative support will be ideal.

The role will require the candidate to take on responsibilities including but not exclusive to:

  • Maintain office supplies
  • Assist with DSE assessments
  • Coordinate the maintenance of facilities including bike racks, breakout areas, meetings rooms
  • Update company phone lists
  • Support in the management of vendor accounts
  • Manage stationary orders
  • Assist the Office Manager and COO with varying projects
  • Carry out facilities inductions
  • Coordinate the archiving systems
  • Allocate security passes and liaise with security teams
  • General office administration and support

The ideal candidate will possess a positive and flexible attitude. Strong communication skills paired with excellent attention to detail will be key to succeeding in this role.

The role will pay between £27-28k dependant of experience with competitive bonus and benefits package.
