The company:

Are you an experienced Receptionist? Do you want to work for a professional, well established global company who offer outstanding benefits? You will also need experience within office management/facilities along with exceptional organisation and communication skills. Responsibilities:

  • Deal with incoming and outgoing mail including arranging couriers
  • Assist Directors when necessary
  • Answering the switchboard quickly and efficiently
  • Maintaining stationery levels
  • Look after visitors on site once signed in ensuring that their host is informed immediately
  • Send out weekly e-mail of visitors onsite
  • Maintain visitors board
  • Organise and upkeep of the meeting rooms, ensuring they are well stocked at all times
  • Arrange catering, as appropriate, for all meetings and conferences
  • Manage Company Cars for the UK including pool cars for Manchester site
  • Arrange all travel for Manchester site
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information, being aware of data protection at all times
  • Maintain franking machine including credit and supplies
  • Experience of working with IT packages including Word, Excel, Visio
  • Must be flexible and be comfortable processing multiple demands at any one time remaining calm and focussed

Experience required:

Prior experience of working in a busy reception area, organising meetings and conferences is essential.

Strong interpersonal skills along with excellent time management

Must be flexible and be comfortable processing multiple demands at any one time remaining calm and focussed
