Job Description:

A new vacancy has become available for a Sales Administrator to work for one of the biggest wholesale and distributors of appliances in the UK. As the Sales Administrator you will work as part of the dedicated sales team speaking to clients and processing customer orders. The position is temporary to permanent role. In return the company offers free onsite parking and 28 days holiday.

THE JOB ROLE brief of duties

  • Serving customers that come into the office
  • Taking payments
  • Answering the phones and talking to customers
  • Communicating with customers and engineers
  • Booking deliveries with customers
  • Create quality listings for, eBay, Amazon and brand site
  • Ensure all content, both copy and imagery, is up-to-date
  • Monitor competitors on Amazon and eBay, making recommendations to improve proposition
  • Uploading appliances on to Shpock and Gumtree
  • Reply to Customer Enquiries via appropriate media platform
  • Ensuring that all new products are uploaded and listed on websites/channels
  • Any other tasks as laid out by business managers
  • Monday - Friday 9am-5pm and every other Saturday 9am-5pm (MUST be flexible as this often varies between 8am - 6pm on busy days), it is vital that the candidate is flexible. Pay: £8.21p/h, Temporary to Permanent role

EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT

  • Previous experience in a similar position is essential
  • At least 2 years experience working as part of a busy sales team would be ideal
  • Must be computer literate and have excellent keyboard skills.
  • Ability to deal with technical product information
