Job Description:

A great opportunity to work for a growing award winning company based in central Cambridge.

This full time role will be starting mid October and you will be responsible for managing the office environment, supporting 80+ employees whilst also providing administrative support to the HR team.

You will have good organisational skills and will be able to work independently and have a professional and confidential approach to the work place.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Booking and ensuring meeting rooms are ready and tidy for use
  • Meeting and greeting visitors including parking space availability
  • Maintain all office facilities, liaising where required with the Buildings Manager, employees or external contractors
  • Manage key card distribution for all employees
  • Fielding inbound telephone calls
  • Ensure all aspects of employee provisions are ordered including stationery and refreshments
  • Manage office car parking for employees
  • Providing HR Administration support as required
  • Work alongside the HR Manager and Information Security Officer to ensure policies and procedures are maintained and followed

Skills/Experience

  • 3+ years minimum experience in an Office Management/HR administration (or similar) role
  • Excel, Outlook/Exchange and Word (intermediate level preferred)
  • CRM (Salesforce) user experience desirable
  • Confidential, with strong interpersonal skills, including experience dealing with employees, customers and suppliers
  • Able to work independently and use own initiative
  • Health & Safety, First Aid and/or Fire Training would be advantageous

This is a F/T role for a fixed term maternity cover period (6 ~ 7 months).
