Your new role
Are you looking to start your career in IT? Were currently registering interest for up and coming vacancies for entry level candidates to join our Software Support Teams based in Watford.
Our service desk team in Watford supports over 4500 customers, diagnosing and resolving issues with their software, hardware and service. We are looking for people who are passionate about technology and increasing their existing knowledge, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
This is an opportunity to establish your career in a company keen to support and develop every one of our people.
The team you'll join
Our first line support analysts sit in a team alongside call agents and second line support. You are mentored and supported by our service desk team leaders and service desk manager, who will ensure you are equipped with the necessary tools to do the job successfully.
What you'll bring
These are the skills and experience you'll need to set yourself up for success for this role, however we'd still love to talk to you even if you don't tick all of them:
  • experience of working in a similar support, customer service, call centre environment
  • basic IT knowledge
  • customer focused
  • excellent communication skills to interact with our customers and internal colleagues
