CRM MANAGER - RETAIL

TO £70k + BENS + BONUS

One of the fastest growing gaming companies, based in the West End of London, is seeking to hire a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) on a permanent basis to structure and lead the expansion of a new CRM system across the business. The successful candidate will be a hands-on CRM technical expert and must possess strong Business Analyst & Solution Design skills. This is a highly visible role in which you'll be responsible for driving change and building effective relationships across all business levels. Candidates MUST have retail experience working in a gaming/gambling environment.

You will responsible for:

  • Develop an understanding of the company objectives and translating business needs into a Product Roadmap & design the solutions to get the most from a new system
  • Manage design and implementation of new features with their sales, service and marketing workflows
  • Collaborate with IT Dev / Ops in order to align best practices
  • Mange third-party tools and vendors
  • Managing UAT, working on issue management and acceptance through to go-live
  • Ensure growing business management needs are maintained by designing, recommending and delivering ongoing developments
