Job Description:

A health related membership body based in Central London is looking for a Senior Coordinator to provide pro-active and efficient support for the organisation's Quality Improvement and Clinical Audit Programmes. Working closely with executive members of staff, the post-holder will oversee the the 2019/20 audit programme and ensure that the programme is delivered according to agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the programme of current clinical audits in line with the agreed timetable
  • Ensuring that appropriate documentation is produced and maintained
  • Working with Clinical Audit Leads to ensure that timely and accurate national reports are produced for approval
  • Developing new audit tools and materials and conducting pilot audits
  • Maintaining accurate information and providing reports and ad hoc papers
  • Provide support to the QI Committee by production of minutes, papers and agendas
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
  • Clinical governance experience
  • Experience of working within the health sector and/or a healthcare improvement agency
  • Knowledge about the ways in which the NHS has changed in recent years
  • Experience of committee servicing and meeting management
  • Able to prioritise competing demands and take responsibility at a high level
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
Salary:
  • 31,500 to 43,700 pro rata
  • Part-time
  • Maternity cover - 12 month contract
