Are you a skilled Administrator with prior experience of working on reception?


Have you previously worked within an office environment and are confident dealing with clients face to face and on the phone?


Are you keen to work in a modern organisation that values initiative and professionalism?

We are looking to find Receptionist & Office Administrator with energy, ambition and a strong sense of commitment to join the fun and friendly team in Newbury on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

What is the role?

In the role of Receptionist & Office Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and clients and answering the phone, ensuring queries are managed effectively
  • Booking and preparing meeting rooms as well as providing refreshments for clients and staff attending
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office including keeping the reception area clean and tidy
  • Admin duties including filing and archiving, as well as wider assistance on an ad hoc basis
