VP of Sales / Sales Director

Software Sales

North West regional office

£80k to £100k basic, £160k - £200k OTE, full benefits package

Reporting into the board of directors you will hold responsibility for delivery of a Software licence revenue target, delivered across a territory of the UK and Ireland, mainland Europe and the Middle East.

You will lead an existing sales team of seven, split across New Business, Account Management and Sales Support function. There ill be an additional remit to recruit further team members. The current sales team is both settled and all with at least 1 years experience.

This organisation develops their own SaaS solution for a range of markets including Transport, Energy and Utilities, Engineering, Tech, Manufacturing, Retail and FMCG. They have a number of Fortune 500 businesses amongst their client base.

To be considered for the role, we are looking for the following:

· Someone residing, or willing to relocate to the North West of England

· 5 years + Sales Management experience working for a Software business

· A hands on Sales Leader, equally adept in front of customers as they are mentoring and developing a team

· Strong presentation skills, used to demoing software and using storytelling techniques to engage customers

· Experience of a relatively technical sell - maybe from a background of ERP, HR & Payroll, Workforce Management software sales
